Introducing Team BAC anniversary posts!
Bay Athletic Club has been a part of the Alpena community for more than 18 years now. We have an amazing team from our front desk staff to instructors and trainers to our leadership team and we want to celebrate their commitment to the community and to a lifestyle of health and fitness by sharing a little more about them during their anniversary of joining the team.
We are kicking off these posts today with Sarah Morrison.
Sarah has had many roles at BAC over the years from the leadership team, to leading boot camps and special programs to instructing and creating content for BAC for many years. She is an active mom to two elementary aged kids and married to Chris who is a lieutenant at the fire station.
When asked what she loves about being a part of the BAC team Sarah said:
"Being a part of Team BAC is an honor and an energy boost! I appreciate the role I get to play in our member's lives and in the community. The connections I have made with other teammates who enjoy prioritizing their health is so fun."
When asked what she loves most about working at BAC she said:
"I love teaching Cardio Core on Tuesday at 12:15, even if we do get a little sweaty. It's a terrific combination of a calorie burner and midsection toner. Also, the Body Beauty program has been transformational. I was terrified to teach it at first because strength training can feel hard, but ultimately it pushed me and helped me to get into the best shape of my life. Every time I run or climb up a hill I am grateful for the deadlifts I do in Beauty!"
Congratulations on 15 years at BAC Sarah!
We appreciate you, your talents and your energy and we know our members do too.
Will you help us give Sarah a shout out for her time at BAC today?
