Athletic Training Camp
Release your inner athlete. Athletic Training Camp features two weeks of athletic workouts, based on eight sports. Participants are led through speed and agility drills, strength training and cardio endurance. No sport background required, just willingness to work hard and get results. Athletic Training Camps are held every other month, opposite Rocky Boot Camp. Spots fill up quickly. Times vary between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. to accommodate schedules.
