Back in ActionBack in Action!

Learn to stretch and strengthen your lower back to help relieve your back pain in a three-week comprehensive clinic.  Sessions are led by a Doctor of Physical Therapy graduate, are hands-on and educational. Participants meet Wednesdays at 4:30 p.m.  Space is limited.  Area physicians recommend it to their patients, past participants rave about it.
