BAC Boot Camp
Bay Athletic Club created and launched Boot Camp in June 2006, the community’s first-ever comprehensive combined fitness & weight loss program. A huge success in achieving unparalleled results for participants, BAC Boot Camp has helped more than 700 people to become more active, lose weight, increase endurance, and learn to love fitness. BAC Boot Camp is the real deal. Imitation is flattery!
Boot Camp is a 3 to 4 week program offered year-round for groups of 15 to 30 campers per session. Boot Camp is an indoor/outdoor fitness program in an encouraging team setting. Boot campers routinely describe the experience as "life changing, more than I ever thought I could accomplish, and empowering!"
Boot Camp is intended for people who have hit a fitness plateau, have stopped seeing physical results from exercise, or who have been inactive and are looking
for a jumpstart. All levels are welcome and all levels succeed! Fast walk, jog, or run your way to success with team support. Campers must complete a health history questionnaire. Camp times vary between 6 a.m., and 6 p.m. to accommodate schedules. Camps fill up quickly.
