Featuring the latest equipment from Life Fitness Cardio, BAC offers the most extensive cardio theater in northeast Michigan.  BAC features 19 new cardio pieces including treadmills, recumbent bikes, elliptical cross trainers, summit climbers and spinning bikes. Listen to music, watch one of our plasma televisions, or enjoy our scenic view of the Thunder Bay River, while you get a great workout.
