 BAC Head Trainer Competes
BAC Head Trainer Casey Stutzman competed in his third bodybuilding competition at the Natural Northern Michigan Bodybuilding Championships in Saginaw on September 27th. He won his weight class and earned a spot in the final round to compete with the winners of all four weight classes. Casey enjoys the physical and mental discipline that is required of bodybuilders. Outside of bodybuilding, he enjoys personal training clients of all ages and abilities, designing conditioning programs for athletes and teams, golf, movies and spending time with his wife. Alcona Loves Boot Camp
Alcona County sure knows how to turn out for BAC Boot Camp. Nearly 40 people recently completed the six-week fitness and nutrition overhaul. The workouts are hosted at the Alcona High School and led by a team of BAC trainers. The group averaged a loss of 6.7 lbs and 5.5 inches per person.
Each participant improved in all three areas – weight, inches and physical testing. Their transformation stories are amazing – from better sleeping habits, increased energy and strength, decreased stress, weight loss and even overall happier attitudes. Alcona boot campers are fun, supportive and welcome people at all levels of fitness. Everyone succeeds.
Two “standout” couples include:
- Debbie and Craig Kilbourn who lost 12.2 lbs and 19.4 lbs, respectively.
- Tracy Brooks and Kim Armstrong-Brooks who after their third boot camp have lost more than 50 lbs and 30 lbs, respectively.
