THE BAY Makes DebutAward winners:

  • Biggest Loser was Eric Precord who lost 13 percent of his body weight. He dropped 28.4 lbs. He was also earned the “Inchworm” Award by shedding an astonishing 22 inches. Eric set a club record by also increasing his push-ups and sit-ups in one minute by more than 20. He and his wife cut out alcohol, soda and snacking. The improved their family’s meals. Eric attended cycling and TurboKick classes, attended all the Sunday group workouts and completed his fitness homework. We call that a model student!  Hats off to Eric.
  • Paul Gersewski and Owen Werth took home big honors for being the first participants in BAC Corporate Challenge history to lose more than 30 lbs. They worked hard for those results, often pulling double workouts daily and cleaning house on their daily nutrition. They are inspiring!
  • The M-DOT team really pulled through. In addition to the award winners above, all participants were honored. The Schaedigs won an award for the longest wall sits, the Precords won an award for the strongest fitness finish, the Thayers won an award for increasing their pushups by the most, Jim Schmanski won a leadership award for organizing the Challenge and the Gersewskis won an award for losing the most weight as a couple (44.4 lbs!)

Besser Elementary Kids Get FIT

Besser Elementary Kids Get FIT
TEAM BAC led a two-hour fitness in-service at Besser Elementary School. All kids (K-6) answered trivia questions, learned about healthy eating and activity, and then punched, kicked and jumped to music. Special thanks to Cheryl Werblow and Cheryl Lemke for organizing the event. BAC trainers Trina Gray, Tracie Werblow, Casey Stutzman, Kelly  Bowlin and Amy Schultz loved working with the students. What energy in that gym!
