
Power 90 Maxes Out!
BAC trainers Casey Stutzman and Tracie Werblow led 19 BAC members to success with the latest round of the 30 day, P90X inspired Boot Camp! Together the group lost 119 pounds, 104 inches and an astounding 45% of body fat, taking many to a new body composition category. Boot Campers also made huge strides in their physical ability by blowing their previous fitness testing out of the water! On average, each participant increased their decline push-ups by 15, sit-ups by 75, wall sit time by five minutes and scrunches by 25, proving that Power 90 Boot Camp creates leaner, stronger, more energized people.

Low Impact Gets HIGH Marks!
Over 25 people enrolled in the June/July session of Low Impact Boot Camp led by BAC trainer Patty Goldammer, and the results were phenomenal! Eighty-five pounds and one hundred and five inches were lost.
--Biggest Loser: Gretchen Kruse, 14.2 pounds
--Inchworm: Carol Rundell, 9.5 inches

BAC Races Across Northern Michigan!
Ten BAC members took part in the 18th annual Great Lakes Relay which stretches 270 miles across the scenic north. Each team member was required to run at least 24 miles over a 3 day period. The relay began at Oscoda High School and ended at Empire Beach on Lake Michigan. BAC’s team, “We’ve Got The Runs”, had an average mile time of 9:09 and beat five other teams. This is the second year BAC has had a team in the Great Lakes Relay.
