The BUS Garage is FIT

Bus Garage is Fit

The Bus Garage is 199 lbs lighter and 160 inches leaner these days thanks to the dedicated efforts of 16 drivers and spouses. The group completed a six-week fitness and nutrition overhaul that included a food plan, daily fitness homework, personalized fitness program and a lot of fun and teamwork. The four teams of pink, orange, blue and purple kept each other motivated and focused on results. The final party at the 19th Hole restaurant in Alpena was filled with laughter, cheers and tears. The participants learned that on their journey to lose weight and inches, they discovered inner strength and lasting improvements to their health.

Betsy Gonyea said: “This was the most life-changing event I have ever encountered.”
Tabitha Fuhrman said: “It was fun and a must-try for anyone!”

All the participants were winners in their own right. But overall inchworm and biggest loser was Margo Hansen who lost a remarkable 19 lbs and 17 ½ inches.
