Run/Walk Club
BAC offers Run/Walk clubs year-round to help novices and seasoned runners take it to the next level. Certified trainers pre-design strength and endurance programs, share information on proper footwear, nutrition, race day tips, and more. Run/Walk Clubs usually last 6 to 12 weeks and prepare participants for area fun runs and races. Clubs usually meet on Monday nights at 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays at 9 a.m. All levels welcome.
