Run Club
BAC offers Run Club in the summer and fall months to help novices and seasoned runners take it to the next level. Certified trainers pre-design strength and endurance programs, share information on proper footwear, nutrition, race day tips and more. Run Club usually last 6 to 12 weeks and prepare participants for area runs as well as marathons in Detroit and Traverse City. Run club meets Saturdays and all levels are welcome.
