I have enjoyed meeting so many people in our community through teaching group exercise classes. I teach Step & Glide, Total Body Ball, Just Abs, HEAT and Low-Impact classes.  I’ve enjoyed continuing my education in fitness to learn new formats to challenge myself and my participants. My hobbies include golf, tennis, walking and biking. I enjoy traveling to warm places and spending time with friends and family at the lake.
