My certifications include NETA Yoga Instructor, NETA Group Fitness Instructor and ACE Certified Personal Trainer.  I have been a trainer at BAC since we opened.  I have spent about 10 years in the fitness industry and have really gotten into Yoga which teaches me to work on perfecting my inner body first and the outer will follow it’s path.  I love to practice and teach yoga, as well as going to plays, rollerblading, and reading.  Although I am a yogi at heart, I still love to turn up the intensity and instruct Rocky Bootcamp!  It is so fun to work hard and then get the best stretch ever!  I enjoy working at BAC because the enthusiasm is contagious.   Everyone is motivated and encouraging.
