I love fitness for so many reasons. Not only is it a great stress reducer, but it also gives me endless energy. Additionally, it’s a wonderful way to meet great people who share similar interests in health and wellness. Above all -- it’s fun. As a group exercise instructor, I can reach out from the front of the room and touch the person at the back of class and I love that! Impacting lives with just a smile and a great workout is one of the best parts of my day! I also love the part of my day that includes spending time with my baby boy, Ryker, and my husband Chad.
