Tracie Werblow - Assistant Manager "A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step".

I am an assistant manager at BAC who loves working in the fitness industry. I joined the BAC team in August 2006 after receiving a bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University in Health Fitness in Preventative and Rehabilitative Programs. In May 2007 I received my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Central Michigan University. As an assistant manager at BAC, I help promote positive energy throughout the club, oversee many special events and help design fitness programs for members. As a personal trainer, I work with clients one-on-one and in small groups to help people overcome physical challenges and limitations in order to live life to the fullest.
I was inspired to go to physical therapy school when I herniated a disc in my lower back in high school. I received physical therapy for many weeks, saw the results, and was hooked. My goal for each client I train is to teach them to take charge of their own heath. I teach that fitness is the key to a healthy lifestyle by helping the mind, body and soul get through the challenges of life.
My energetic personality fits my favorite classes right now -- HEAT (High Energy Athletic Training) and Sculpt. I am also a regular Boot Camp instructor, lead special therapy clinics such as BACK in Action and Therapeutic Stretching and provide one-on-one workouts. I am developing a prenatal fitness program for BAC that I hope to launch the fall.
I love BAC because of the atmosphere I work in. BAC believes that fitness is for EveryBODY, and I find this to be very true.
