Strongman Contest
BAC recognized the need to offer area weight lifters and body builders an event to call their own. The Alpena Strongman Competition promotes lively competition in a variety of challenging, exciting events. It is a lot of hard work for the men, and truly an amazing spectator sport! The outdoor contest is held semi-annually, in the spring and fall.
The next event will be held May 31, 2008.
